About Me

 Hi, I’m Shelley -  part science nerd, part soul guide, 100% human. 

 I’ve always been the helper. The one others came to when things felt too much.
 But for years, I didn’t realise I was drowning in my own internal pressure - the perfectionism, the quiet and ever relentless anxiety,  and the deep belief that I had to hold it all together for everyone else. 

 On the outside? Calm, capable, high-functioning... sometimes🤭
 On the inside? Running on empty. Weighed down by grief, regret, shame, and a hugely critical internal voice. Always waiting for the next emotional shoe to drop. 

It wasn’t until I saw the same signs showing up in my daughter - the worry, the self-doubt, the people-pleasing - that something in me cracked open. I knew I had to stop managing and pushing through … and start truly healing. 

I had tried everything previously - Talk Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Medication … and whilst they helped in the short term, the real thing that helped was looking at the root cause of the issues.

 

That’s when I found subconscious healing tools that worked at the root — not just the surface. It was about rewiring those negative beliefs unconsciously running my life and replacing them with empowering kick-ass beliefs.

Not long after, I started seeing those negative thought patterns everywhere. In friends. In clients. In colleagues.

 So many smart, kind-hearted people living half a life because some hidden part of them didn’t feel safe being fully seen, heard, or free. 

What's important to me?

My Motivation


I do this work because I know how lonely it can feel to be stuck in invisible patterns.

I know what it’s like to feel broken — and to realise you’re not. You’re just wired to survive, not thrive.

I believe healing isn’t about being “better.”
 It’s about becoming more you.

My Values

 I know, it’s an unusual name - but it means a lot to me.

 Amethyst has always felt like my anchor .... it’s calming, protective, and deeply intuitive. The kind of energy that wraps around you when your nervous system needs to exhale. 


Rhino brings the grounded strength. Solid. Steady. A quiet power that doesn’t need to prove anything — but knows when to stand its ground. 


Together, Amethyst Rhino is a reminder of what healing really looks like:

 Strong and soft. Earthy and spiritual. Sometimes a bit muddy, always magical.
